Worry-Free Shopping protection is an optional add-on service designed to protect your order from loss, theft, or damage during shipping. If you decide you don't need this service, you can remove it from your cart during checkout.

2. What if I accidentally added Worry-Free Shopping protection? Can I cancel it?

Yes, if your order accidentally includes Worry-Free Shopping protection, you can request a cancellation within a limited time.

After your purchase, Seel will send a confirmation email about "Worry-Free Shopping Protection" to the email address associated with your order. You can cancel the protection within 24 hours of receiving this email by clicking the cancellation link in the email.

Important Note: If your order has not yet shipped within 24 hours, you can request to cancel the order. You can contact the merchant's customer service or Seel customer service to initiate the cancellation process.
3. What should I do if my package is lost, damaged, or delayed?

To better protect your order during shipping, we offer optional "Worry-Free Shopping" service at checkout. This protection covers situations such as loss, damage, or shipping delays.

Please note that Worry-Free Shopping is currently only available for orders shipped within the United States.

4. How do I file a claim?
If you need to file a claim, please check the email address you used when placing your order for a policy email from Seel. This email contains your policy ID and coverage information. Click the "Report a Problem" button in the email to access your claims center, and then follow the instructions based on the specific problem you encountered. If you cannot open the link in the email, you can also visit https://resolution.seel.com, enter your email address and order number or policy ID, and then follow the instructions based on the specific problem you encountered. 5. What supporting documents are required to submit a claim?
To ensure a smooth and fair claims process, certain types of claims require specific supporting documents. Please refer to the following information to understand the required documents for each type of claim. Damaged Item Claims
If your item is damaged during shipping, we require you to provide relevant documents to help us assess the extent and cause of the damage. Please provide the following information:
Clear photos of the outer packaging and inner product packaging
Clear photos showing the damage to the item.

Please note: Surface damage to the packaging (that does not affect the use of the item) or pre-existing defects are not covered under warranty.

Depending on the extent to which the damage affects the product's functionality, compensation for damages can be up to 100% of the product's purchase value.
Lost Package Claims
Loss claims fall into two categories:
a. Domestic packages marked as "lost" or not delivered within 30 days do not require additional documentation. Your claim will be automatically verified based on the carrier's tracking data.
b. Packages showing "delivered" but not received by you. Please check with your neighbors or local delivery center first. If the package is still missing, we may require you to provide one of the following supporting documents:
Police report
Security camera footage
Formal letter from the carrier
Statement from property manager, leasing office, or other relevant institution
6. Is there a time limit for reporting issues?
To ensure timely support and eligibility for coverage, please adhere to the following reporting timelines:
Lost packages (not delivered):
• For domestic shipments, issues can be reported as early as 30 days after the shipping date.
• For international shipments, reporting is allowed up to 60 days after the shipping date.
Damaged items:
• Must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Stolen packages (after delivery):
• Must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
7. When will I receive my worry-free shopping payment?
Once your claim application is approved, the system will prompt you to select your preferred payment method. The estimated processing times for various payment methods are as follows:

Bank Transfer: Funds usually arrive within 1-3 business days after claim approval.

PayPal: Funds usually arrive within 24-48 hours after approval.
