Can I exchange or return an item?
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will arrange an exchange. Simply:
Contact us via WhatsApp (+1 (517) 3841091) or email us at luckydarling.yezimo@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the item, providing your order number and pictures of the item.
Please ensure the item remains in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Please inspect the product before removing tags and using the item. We will not be able to assist if we cannot confirm the product is unused.
Please note that we will not provide exchange/return/refund services if we find that the product, its accompanying tags, or packaging have been damaged or tampered with by the customer or their pet.
Size Exchange
We accept size exchanges, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Therefore, please carefully check your order before checkout (e.g., type, size, color, quantity). If you need assistance with sizing, please contact us!
Size exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. To initiate this request, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging (no scratches, tears, hair, stains, or damage), with all tags intact.
We must receive the returned item within 14 business days of you receiving the item.
We cannot process exchanges or returns for clearance items, custom-made items, or personalized items.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges/returns for beds, car seats, diapers, and other similar items.
Returns for Other Reasons
You must return the item at your own expense within 7 business days of receiving it. To process a return, please contact us. Returns are subject to the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging (no scratches, tears, stains, or damage), with all tags intact.
We cannot process returns for clearance items, custom-made items, or personalized items.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for mattresses, car seats, diapers, and other similar items.
Refund Methods:
We will send you a discount code of equivalent value.
You can also request a direct refund, but a 10% return processing fee will apply (for example, if the item price is $50, you will receive a $45 refund).
Worry-Free Shopping Service:
We have partnered with Seel. By paying a small insurance fee, your order will be protected by the following:
Lost package: You can apply for full compensation for the item price.
Damaged package: You can apply for compensation up to the full item price.
Delayed delivery: If the package is not delivered within 21 days, you can apply for a fixed compensation amount.
Claim process: You can apply for a claim directly through the Seel Resolution Center if any issues arise.
